Order Confirmation

Once you place your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms that we’ve received your order and have pre-authorized your payment. As soon as your order is confirmed and verified for stock availability, we’ll process the payment and submit the order for shipment.


Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States.


Handling & Shipping Time

  • Handling Time: 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Transit Time: 3-6 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday, Central Time)

Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed the next business day.


Order Updates & Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment status.

If you haven’t received your tracking number within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@ridenations.com.


Order Acceptance & Verification

Please note that orders may occasionally be canceled due to stock issues, payment verification problems, or suspected fraudulent activity. We may request additional verification information (such as phone number, address, or identity check) before confirming your order. If we suspect fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

While we strive to ensure accurate pricing and availability on our website, errors may occur. If a product is mispriced or unavailable, we may contact you for further instructions or cancel the order with notification.


Custom & Special Orders

For custom automotive products or parts, we’ll contact you directly to confirm specifications. Orders will only be processed once we’ve received and confirmed your customization details.

Orders are typically delivered within 3-6 business days after processing. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see your confirmation email.
